Once again HTS has impressed our students with an opportunity for fun and adventure. Each year we make a trip to Pastorino's Pumpkin Patch in Half Moon Bay in the weeks prior to Halloween. The Children love to roam around and explore one of the largest pumpkin patches in the Bay Area.

Hope Technology School is off to another great start. We currently have over a hundred students registered with the program and we are looking for a great start. Parents and professionals have all commented on what a change the school is for their students and we are excited that there are 20 new faces for the new year.

This year's Summer Palooza was an incredible experience that culminated in our school raising over $50,000. We had a great time entertaining children and families with bounce castles, food, live concert, and of course our silent auction. Many people went home happy.

On November 16th, Rooms 1, 2 and 3 to a trip to the Discovery Museum in San Jose. The children were amazed when they sat in a real fire engine and an ambulance and explored science and technology in the world of circles. In the water room, children discovered the force of water and motion and made magic happen in the bubble room. Children learned how a post office runs and let their imagination go wild Clifford's playhouse.

HTS was filled with laughter and festivities as we took time from our busy day to celebrate Halloween. We dressed in costumes and played games together for the last part of the day and thoroughly enjoyed seeing each other dressed up. On October 16th, Room 1 and Room 2 visited the Hiller Aviation Museum and took an exciting peek into the world of aviation. The kids were lead on a tour and learned about the past, present and future of aviation. They learned about the parts of an airplane and how an airplane is controlled in flight. They each built and flew their own model glider.
